At SBT Designs & More, every item is handcrafted with care. Because our products are made to order, please review the information below regarding processing times, shipping methods, and delivery expectations.
Processing Time
Each item is individually made, and production times may vary depending on the complexity of the order.

Standard Processing Time: 5–10 business days

Peak Seasons & Large Orders: May require additional time
We’ll notify you if your order is expected to take longer than usual.
If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and timing.
Shipping Methods
We ship Primarily through pirate ship, less frequently with USPS or UPS with tracking provided on all orders.

Domestic Shipping: Typically takes 2–7 business days after processing

International Shipping: NOt offered at this time, we are sorry!
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please notify us as soon as possible. While we are not responsible for carrier delays or handling issues, we’ll do our best to assist you in filing a claim or resolving the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for items shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.
