Refund Policy

At SBT Designs & More, each item is carefully handcrafted to meet your specifications. Because our products are made to order and often personalized, we have a limited return policy. Please review the following details before placing your order.

Even if you are not customizing an order and/or asking for specific paint color supplies, it still costs us to purchase the material being cut. If you cancel a "DIY no Supply" order within 24 hours of payment, your are entitled to a full refund. After 24 hours, cutting has already begun and we cannot cancel and refund the order.

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please double-check all personalization details (names, dates, colors, dimensions, etc.) before submitting your order.

If an error occurs on our part, such as incorrect design, or does not match the approved order details, we will glad replace the item at no additional cost to you. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We take great care in packaging and inspecting all products before shipping. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• A clear description of the issue

• Photographs showing the damage or defect

• Your order number

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.

We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by the shipping carrier, but we’re happy to assist you in tracking your package or filing a claim with the carrier if needed.
