Refund & Replacement Policy
Because our products are custom-made and personalized to your specifications, all sales are final and non-refundable. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalized or engraved items.
However, if an error occurs on our part (such as incorrect spelling, design, or engraving that does not match the approved order details), we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost to you. You must notify us of any error within 7 days of receiving your order. Replacements are only offered for mistakes made by our company.

The two-dimensional sign is 9” wide and 14” and made with 1/8" mdf wood. No painting required with personalization which is engraved.
