Because our products are made to order, all sales are final and non-refundable. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
However, if an error occurs on our part (such as incorrect design, or does not match the approved order details), we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost to you. You must notify us of any error within 7 days of receiving your order. Replacements are only offered for mistakes made by our company.
